The CompliAPI dashboard is significantly more resilient and easier to navigate, with billing now working reliably for subscribers and a cleaner plans page that surfaces annual savings at a glance.
FixedBilling and plan management now work reliably for subscribers
Subscribers can now view and manage their plan without encountering errors on the Plans page. Billing-related actions — including plan changes, seat syncing, and payment processing — all complete successfully.
ImprovedAnnual billing savings are now shown directly on the Plans page
The interval-switch button now displays exactly how much you save by switching to annual billing — for example, "Switch to annual billing — save $600/year" — so you can make an informed decision without leaving the page. The Manage billing link for invoices, receipts, and card updates has also been moved to a dedicated section beneath the plan cards for a cleaner layout.
ImprovedDashboard errors now give you a clear path forward
When a page can't load — for example, during brief backend maintenance — you'll now see a clear message with a "Try again" button that reloads only the affected section, along with a link to contact support. Your data is unaffected during these moments.
ImprovedBroken and missing pages now lead back into the app
Stale bookmarks and unexpected errors now show branded pages with helpful navigation — back to the dashboard, to Search, to your API tokens, or to support — instead of a dead-end blank screen.
ImprovedProfile badge menu replaces the Sign out link in the header
The top-right corner of the dashboard now shows a profile badge with your initials that opens a dropdown with your name, email, a link to Account settings, and Sign out — making navigation to account options faster from anywhere in the app.
FixedOrganization switcher no longer crashes for users in multiple organizations
Users who belong to two or more organizations can now switch between them without encountering an error in the organization menu.
